FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This ~ause came on for trial the 25th day of April, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievai~ly broicen and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The Marriage between IRA ALLAN
SIMMONS, Husband, and JOSEPHINE IVY SINII~IONS, Wife, be and the same is
~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

; freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them

i and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DWYANE MICHAEL SIMMONS, age 4 and RENEE

~ MICHELLE 3IMMONS, age 3, minor children of the parties, is hereby a-
~ warded to the wife, JOSEPHINE IVY SIi~iONS, with reasonable visitation

A rights reserved to the husband, IRA ALLAN SIMMONS.
~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as relates to

child support, or as may be proper.
