This cause coming on for final hearing, the Court having
considered the Petition, the Answer inclu3ing a waiver of notice of
final hearing, and the Separation Agreement entered into between the
parties hereto, on the 2nd day of April, 1974, and the Court having

~ heard and considered the evidence introduced at final hearing by the

~ Husband, CHARLES LARRY FUTCH, and the Court being otherwise fully

~ advised in the premises, finds:

~ subject matter in this cause;
