between them and from'the obligations arising therefrom.
SEPAR.ATION AGREEMENT: That the Separation Agreement,
dated April 2, 1974, entered into by and between the Husband, CHARLES
LARRY FUTCH, and the Wife, DELORES A. FUTCH, on the 2nd day of April,
1974, and the provisions, conditions and terms thereof, as entered
into evidence at f'inal hearing herein as Exhibit No. l, be, and it
is hereby confirmed, approved and ratified by the Court, wherein
the parties hereto have settled and adjusted all rights of alimony,
child support and maintenance, property rights, and all other rights,
claims and demands arising out of the marriage; and that each of
said parties hereto be, and he and she are hereby, ordered to fully
comply with, carry out and make ~effective each and every provision,
condition and term of said Separation Agreement.
RESTRAINING ORDER: That each of the parties hereto be,
and he and she are hereby, enjoined and restrained from annoying,

~ harrassing, molesting or interfering with the other of said parties.

~ RETENTION OF JitRISDICTION: That jurisdiction of the sub-
~ ject matter and of the parties hereto be, and it is hereby, retained
