This cause having been heard upon Motion for enforcement of the
Final Judgment filed by MABLE S. FRALIX and having appeared with counsel and
'ROBERT FRALIX having been duly notified and appearing ir. his own behalf and the ~
Court having consid~red the evidence, it is '
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as folloxs:
1. ROBERT FRALIY is found to be in conteiapt of Court for failure
to nake 39 consecutive payments as provided for in the Final Jud~nent and he is

hereby sentenced to three (3) days in 3ai1, to be suspended upon his resuming
Weekly payments not later than May 5, 1974.
2. All payments, together With $1.00 Clerk's fee, shall be made to
the Clerk of this Court by cash, money order or cashier's check. The Clerk
; sha11 promptly remit said payment to MABLE S. FRALIX CRABTREE. Both parties ,

~ are ordered to keep the Clerk advised of their mailing and residence addresses

~ 3. Upon the failure of ROBERT FRALIX to make said payments, idABLE
