THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the lOth day of April,
1974, by CECIL T. CAMERON, E. THOM RUMBERGER~ WALTER A. CERRATO,
and C. R. McCOTTER, JR., joined by their respective wives~ DOROTHY
H. CAMERON, CONSTANCE D. RUMBERGER, MARY R. CERRATO, and DONNA N..
McCOTTER, hereinafter called the grantor, to MAGGIE GROVES, INC..
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with
its permanent postoffice address at 650 Hollins Drive, Titusville.
Florida 32780, hereinafter called the grantee:

sum of $10.00. and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that
certain land situate in:St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

37 East in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
