~ Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally ap-

~ peared MILDRED E. LAYNE, who, being by me first duly sworn, de-
~ poses and says :
1. That she is the surviving spouse of SHANNON A. LAYNE,
who were together the owners of certain property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows, to
~ wit:
~ Lots 11 and 12, BlOCk 268, PORT ST. LUCIE,
Section 24, Plat Book 13, page 31, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
a/k/a SHAN A. LAYNE
2. That she and SHANNON A. LAYNE/were also together the
owners of certain property located in Palm Beach County, Florida, _
more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 157 of LAKESIDE VILLAGE
CONDOMINIUM NO. S, according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record
Book 2018, at page 644, of the public records of
Palm Beach County, Florida.

; 3. That she and the said SHANNON A. LAYNE were married to _

; each other prior to the time that they acquired said property.
4. That the relationship of the parties as husband and
~ wife continued, uninterrupted, ~intil the death of the said
