delay or omission to exercise any right or power hereunder shall
impair any such right or power or shall be construed to be a
waiver of any default by Mortgagor or an acquiescence therein.
17. If there is more than one Mortgagor, each of the
provisions of this Mortgage shall bind the Mortgagors jointly
and severally. The provisions hereof shall be binding upon
Mortgagor, his heirs, administrators, successors and assigns
and shall inure to the benefit of Mortgagee, its successors
and assigns.
