WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, scll
and convey unta the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
hiortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, described as follows: ~t 13, Blocic 4, PINECREST ESTATES, UNIT ONE,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, at page
34 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all structures and impmvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and pro~its until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described ttnd in addition thereto the ffll-
lowing described household appliances, wluch are and shall be dee~ed to be, ~stuses and a part of the

The Mort~agor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such othar estate, :f any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to
