This cause came on fa~ trial tbe 25th dacy of April, 1974, srid the
Court having given ~11 consideration to all the evidence, finds sud determines:
This Court has 3urisdictian o~ the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; tha
the relation of husbsnd and vife nov exists betveen the parties; atid that the
marrisge between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORD$RED snd ADkTUD~ as follv~rs: ~
1. The ~arriage betveen ~NSLIO ROGEL and THERESA A. C. ROGEL be
~ aud the ssme is hereby dissolv~ed, sud the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bands of matrimony heretofore eui.sting betireen them sud
