BE IT RES~VED by the Board of Commissioners of the '
Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority in meeting aseembled
this 23rd day of April, 1974 that the protective covenants
for the Airport Industrial Park be and the same are hereby amended
as follows:
1. Amend Section 14 of Part C by adding:
"In Block 7 of the Airport Industrial Park, Unit I,
Y the area between the front building line and front
property line may be used for off-street parking,
provided a landscape buffer strip not less than two
(2) feet in depth between such parking area and the
i
street is provided. Said buffer strip shall contain
a plant screen which should be at least six (6) feet
high and except for driveway openings, shall extend the
'i length of the buffer strip to prevent vehicles from
` backing onto the the street right-of-way. There shall

` be no more than two (2) access driveways per lot, and .
~
~
~ said driveways shall not exceed twenty-four (24) feet
