as the respective Noteholders may direct, the Company shall
draw, or cause to be drawn, checks to the respectfve orders
of the Noteholders in the amounts of the payments due on
their respective Notes on the due dates thereof, and, at least
five (5) business days prior to the due date thereof, shall
forward, or cause to be forwarded, the same to the principal
office of the Corporate Trustee, Attention: Corporate Trust
Department. Immediately upon receipt of each payment, the
Corporate Trustee shall verify that the checks are properly
drawn in the correct am~unts and shall then mail such checks
to the Noteholders at the addresses set forth below (or to
such other address as any Noteholder may desiqnate).
