mance of any of their duties hereunder, or in the exercise of
any of their rights or powers, if tlie Trustees shall have
r~asonable grounds for believing t:lat repayment of suis notds

reasonably assured to them.
1g.2. Except as otherwise provided in Section 18.1: .
(a) the Trustees may rely and shall be protected
in acting or refraining from acting upon any resolution,
Officer's Certificate, certificate of auditors, or any
other certificate, statement, instrument, opinion, report,
~ notice, request, direction, consent or other paper or
! document believed by the Trustees to be genuine and to
hava been signed or_presented by the propzr party or
~ parties; ~ `

~r against the costs, expenses and liabilities which may be
