see to any recording, f iling or registration of the
Individual Mortgages, any instrument of further assur-
ance, the Lease (or short form memoranda thereof), the
Lease Assignment, f inancing statements or amendments.
supplements or continuation statements to any of said
documents, or to see to the payment of any fees, charges
or taxes in connection therewitb or to give any notice
thereof, or to see to the payment of or be under any
duty in respect of any tax, assessment or other charges
which may be levied or assessed against the Properties
or any thereof or any part thereof or against the
Company or to effect or renew any insurance;
(g) except as otherwise provided herein, the
Trustees shall not be required to ascertain or inquire as
to the performance or obse?-vance of any of the covenants
, or agreements contained herein, or in any other instruments
; delivered to the Trustees hereunder, to be performed or
~ observed by the Company or any party to any such other
' instruments, or to take notice or be deemed to have notice '
# or knowledge of a default, unless the Trustees shall receive '
; from the Company or any of the Beneficiaries notice that a
~ default has occurred and specifying the same, in whieh event
~ the Corporate Trustee shall promptly notify the Company
~ and each of the Beneficiaries thereof. In the absence
~ of notice from the Company or any of the Beneficiaries,
~
the Trustees may assume that no default exists under this
~ Indenture, the Lease Assignment.or the Pledge Agreement.
~ The Trustees shall be required to take notice of default in
~ the delivery of (1) the checks to the Corporate Trustee
~ pursuant to Section 2.1.1 hereof and (2) any certificate
~ or other document expressly required to be delivered to
~ the Trustees by any provision hereof and upon the occur-
~ rence of any such default the Corporate Trustee shall
promptly notify the Company and each of the Beneficiaries; t
and ~

(h) whenever in the administration of this f
- Indenture the Trustees shall deem it necessary or desirable
= that a matter be proved or established prior to taking,
suffering or omitting any action hereunder, the Trustees
(unless other evidence be herein specifically prescribed) ~
