Lessee at 2828 North liaskell Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75221,
Attention: Director of Real ~state, or at such other address
as Lessee may have designated by written notice to the Trustees
and the I3encficiaries. The provisions of the foregoing
sentence are for the express benefit of Lessee, s~~all be
enforceable by it, and may not be modified or eliminated
without its consent.
ARTICL~ XXIX
29. Miscellaneous. On request, the Company will
furnxsh to the Trustees and the Beneficiaries a ~~ritten
statenent of the amount due on each of the Notes. This _

; writing signed by the party against which enforcement of
' such change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought
€ and (b) shall be binding upon the Cor~pany, its successors
~ and assigns, and all persons claiming under or through the
~ Company or any such successor or assign, and shall inure
~ to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Trustees and
~ their successors and the Beneficiaries and their successors
~ and assigns. The headings in this Indenture are for con-
~ venience of reference only and shall not limit or otherwise
~ affect the meaning hereof. This Indenture shall be governed
~ by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
~ Texas. Each Individual I~lortgage shall be governed by and
~ construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which
~ the Property covered thereby is located. This Indenture
~ may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of
~ which shall be an original, but all of which together shall
~ constitute one and the same instrument.

30. Trustees' Acceptance. The Trustees accept the
trust hereby declared and provided, and covenant and agree
