party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, ~

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part, a certain
Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 11, 1974 by the Circuit Court of
St . Lucie County , Florida , Ca se No . 74-206 , wherein FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
FORT PIERCE, a banking corporation, was Plafntiff, and SUNFLOWER GROVES,
INC. , a Florida corporation, HARLAN C. McVEY, BEATRICE McVEY and
NANCY McVEY, were Defendants; said Final judgment of Foreclosure being
recorded in O. R. Book 226, page 257 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, encumbering the following described piece or parcel of land, situate
and being in St. Lucie County , Florida , to-wit:
