O. Box 772, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter-called the Grantee. W I T N E S S E T H: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby qrant, bargain, sell and convey to the Grantee, its successors and assigns the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 9, Block 7, Airport Industrial Park, Unit 1 as per plat thereof in Plat Book 12 at page 40 To have and to hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances subject, however, to the following conditions, reservations and restrictions: ; l.
