I HEREBY CERTIFY that on ~his day personally appeared before
me, the undersigned authority, GEORGE D. PRICE and ROGER POITRAS,
to me well known and known by me to be the Chairman and Secretary,
respectively, of the Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority, a
special taxing district, and the persons who executed the foregoing
instrument as such officers of said district for and on its behalf,
