of Florida, which has been assigned all the right. and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said AQ~ignment bei~g recorded in~
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there ha~ been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Pa rk Subdivisi~n, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, ~aid Affidav~t being
recorded in Official Record Book, 222 page 1310 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby relea~e, ~ati~fy and forever di~charge the ~aid Affidavit
now on record again~t the following property, ~ince ~aid ~rrearage
ha~ now been paid:
