~ deposes and says, that he is an officer of AQUA RABELLA, INC., the
owner of lands known as WIND~iILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA, UNIT 2~
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 31,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records. That prior to the
development of said subdivision, he personally inspected the land
and at that time, and at the present time (except for the dedic-
ated roads as shown on said plat) there was no roadway or foot-
path giving access to the Indian River over and across said lands.
