of Florida, party of the flrst part in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
(51.00) lawful money of the United States of America ar~d other valuable con-
siderations to it in hand paid by
FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the United States of America
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of the pres-
ents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part the
following described mortgage recorded in ST. LUCIE County, Florida said
mortgage being identified by name of original mortgagor, the clerk's file number
