FINAL JUDGN~NT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 29th day of April, 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deterjc?ines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken~and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follocas : 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BILLY EMORY and ILA J.EMORY be, and the same is hereby, dissolved, and the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of F ~ matrimony heretofore existing between tnem and from the obligations t ' ~ arising the refrom. x ~ ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of KAYE EMORY, REiONDA EMORY and DEXTER ~ ~ E!~iORY, minor children of the parties is hereby awarded to ILA J. EMORY, ; ~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to BILLY EMORY. , ~ ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 3rd day of May, 1974, BILLY ~ EMORY shall pay to ILA J. EMORY the sum of $30.00 per week for the ~ ~ ~ support of the children named above. ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of tnis Court and by him remitted promptly to ILA J. EMORY. In addition, there is here- - ~ Y~ by assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each ~ payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payr.ients shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4. RESTRAINI~JG ORDER.
