and the Court having given full consideration to all tne evidence,
finds and determines: This Court nas jurisdiction of the parties and
subject r.iatter of this suit; that the relation of husbarid and wife
now exists b~t~aeen tne parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken anci should be dissolved. It is,
thereupon,
