ef the County of Martin , State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, and assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or invotuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
s~ngular and(or plural, and the masculine and ~or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and
wherever the context so requires ar admits, as parties• of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA B~ACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which te~m as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, (egal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor dces grant,
oargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following deuribed
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the County of
St. Lucie , State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 3217, PORT ST. LUCIE FLORESTA PINES UNIT
QNE, a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 16, page 35, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
,x~ thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
- within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
i3 cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
- and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
- may be detached or detachable.
