MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT made this 26th day of
April , 19 74 , between INDIAN RIVER FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION, a United States corporation, hereinafter called
Mortgagee, -and GEORGE J. LIPARELI and IRENE M. LIPARELI, his wife
.
hereinafter called Mortgagor , WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a mortgage to Mortgaqee on
property described in said mortgage, which mortgage is dated
March 25, 1974 , and recorded April 3, 1974 ,
in Official Record Book 225 , page 2114 , public records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage secures a Note
dated March 25. 1974 , in • the original principal sum of
$ 3,000.00 , and which Note provides for monthly installment
of $ 61.55 , beginning on the lst day of May ,
1974 , and further provides that any remaining indebtedness, if no

; sooner paid, shall be due and payable on the lst day of
~ April, 1979 , and,

E WHEREAS, it is the desire of all parties hereto that the
` payment dates as recited in said Note be changed.

; NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuabie considerations, it
~
~ is hereby mutually agreed that the abovementioned Note be reformed
~ to the extent that the first monthly installment is due and payable
~
on the lst day of ~ June , 19 74 , and further that an
~
~ remaining indebtedness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and pay-
~
able on the lst day of May, 1979

nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or dimir:is:i
