DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the ~L day of • ,
A. D., 1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, fin3s and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and~should be dissolved. It is
thereupon ~
ORDERED Ai1D AllJUDGED as follows:
~ l. DISSOLUTION OF A1P,RRIAGE: The marriage between EDWARD VAN
JACKSON and :4ARGARET MARIE JACKSO~I be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between th~ and from the obligations
t arising therefrom.

~ 2. ALIMONY: Commencing the lst day of June, 1974, EDWARD VA:1
~ JACKSON shall pay to MARGARET ?riARIE JACKSON the sum of $100.00 per month
~ for ten (10) consecutive months until the lump sum ali.mony of $1,000.00
is paid in full.

~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
r restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.

~ 4. COURT COSTS: The parties are to divide the Court costs equally,
~ the husband paying to the wife's attorney the sum of $35.25, to be vaid
~ by the lst day of :~Iay, 1974, which shall be applied to his half of the
i Court costs.

~ 5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entr~ of such further orders as may be proper.
