All of Lots 4 and 5, Block "F" on the plat
of Edgarto~~n, as per plat on file in Plat
Book 1, page 160, the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. Said lots also
being described as Lots 4 and 5, Block 11
(F) of the assessors map of the north part
of Fort Pierce, Florida as per Plat Book 1,
page 164 of St. Lucie County, Florida. Also
Lot 1 of same plat, excepting however from
Lot l, that portion of land lying to the
East of the existing concrete retaining wall,
running in a North - South direction across
Lot 1. No riparian rights are included.
This warranty deed is executed in accordance
with the provisions of the Contract of Sale
bearing date of July 27, 1956, and recorded
in Deed Book 222, page 345, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, executed by
and between Winton J. Roschach, et al and
Hazel J. Harris, which contract was acquired
by the grantee by Quit Claim Deed recorded
in O. R. Book 122, page 173, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
; The grantor represents that this property is
` not now nor has ever been his homestead. ~
