I, David A. Doheny, S enior Vice President of General 1?evelopment
Corporation, 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida 33131 being
duly sworn da depose and say that Florida Documentary and Surtax Stamps
in the amount of $ 647.15 due on the transactions set forth in
schedule A attached hereto were inadvertently omitted at the time the
deeds were recorded. To correct this error, General Development Corpo- '
ration has purchased Documentary and Surtax Stamps in the requisite
amount and has affixed such stamps to this affidavit which is hereby
~ submitted for recording in the P ublic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
