O R D E R
This cause came to be heard on April 25, 1974 on the ~
Wife's Motion for Contempt Order, and the Court having heard
testimony of the parties, and being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERSD as follows:
1. The Husband, Cffi~RLES H. McI~:NZIE, is found to be in
contempt of this Court for failure to make the payments provided ~
~
in that certain Order herein dated Noveinber 16, 1973, and the ~
arrearage is determined to be Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars s
~
4 as of April 26, 1974. -

~ 2. The Husband is hereby granted a stay of One Hundred
~
Y Eighty (180) days on the payment of the arrearage hereby determined
~
~ and that which will develop by virtue of the thirty (30) day grace
¢
~
~ period granted hereafter; at the end of one hundred eighty (180)
~
~ days, the Husband shall make payments on the arrearage.
~
~ 3. The Husband is granted a 30 day grace period from the
~ date hereof on the Thirty ($30.00) Dollar payments ordered November
16, 1973; on May 24, 1974, the Husband shall resume the Thirty ($30.00)
Dollar weekly support payments.

Wife or her attorney may file with this Court an Affidavit to that ~

~3 effect and a Commitment Order will be issued without further notice #
