In the event that the Grantee , his heirs , administrators , or assigns ahall violate or i fail to carry out any or all of the covenants , conditions , or reatrictions hereinabove provided , proceedings to enforce compliance therewith by injunction or other suit or otherwise may f be brought, at the option of the Grantor, hia heirs or assigns.
