herein wh~se address is 1177 Bayshore Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida,
and that in pursuance of a contract with COSTA DEVELOPMENT
OORPORATION OF FLORInA, INC. and LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC., lienor
furnished labor, services and materials consisting of all con-
struction items to complete One Hundred Four (104) units on the
follvwing described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 1 through 9, less the South 20 feet of Lot 9,
Block 7, CORAL COVE BEACH SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat Book 11 at page 30B of the public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,

12 at page 30B of the Public Records of St. Lucie ,
