BEFORE me, an officer duly authorized to admin~ister
oaths, personally appeared ROLAND L. MACON, Jr., Individually
and as Trustee, who being duly sworn on oath deposes
and states as follows, to wit: -
THAT he is one of the owners of the following described
property:
From the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 35 South,
Range 4~ East, run West 40 feet; thence run South
parallel with the East Section line 450.63 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence on an angle of 90° run West
~130.50 feet; thence on an angle of 90° run North 160.82
feet; thence on an angle of 90° 05' 50" as measured from
South to West, run West 179.50 feet; thence on an angle
of 90° OS' S0" as measured from East to North run North
250 feet to the South line of an 80 foot right of way for
Edwards Road, said point being 40 feet South of the North
line of said Section 29; thence on an angle of 90° 05' S0"
as measured from South to West run West along the South
right of way line for Edwards Road 499.49 feet to the
P.C. of a curve; thence run Southwesterly along said curve
454.54 feet to a point on the East line of a right of way
to the North St. Lucie River Drainage District, said line
being 25 feet East of the West line of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 29; thence r~n
South parallel with the West line of said Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter, 1228.5 feet to a point on the
South line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
~ Quarter, said point being 25 feet East of the Southwest
corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter

= ~ property for a renewable six-months period.
