Section 1, Bequest to Wife. I give and bequeath to my wife, ;
MARY. W. TOOLE, all of my personal effects, including but not limited
to any jewelry, furniture or automobiles which I may own at the time of
my death, - '
Section 2. Bequest to Brother. I give, devise and bequeath
to my brother, JOHN C. TOOLE of Tampa, Floric~a, all of my right,
title and interest in and to the real estate brokerage partnership known
as W. H. Toole & Sons in Tampa, Florida, if he survives me.
