- two trusts; to make any division or distribution whether betweea the two
trusts or in final distribution to the beneficiary of either trust, in kind,
or partly in kind and partly in money; I further grant unto my trustees

under this Will all of the powers granted to trustees under the laws of

Florida. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, my trustees shall not be limited to

1c such inv~estment as may be authorized or permitted as suitable for invest-
ment of trust funds under the laws of Florida or any other state so long as
my trustees exercise reasonable prudence and diligence in setecting trust
investments; and my trustees are authorized, without incurring any per-
sonal liability, as long as my trustees shall deern it advisable, to retain
as investments any property, real or personal, owned by me at the time
of my death, including any interest which I may own in any partnership
or other unincorporated business, whether or not such property is the
kind approved or authorized for trust investments under the laws of
Florida or any other state, If for any reason my said wife shall refuse,
fail, or be unable to qualify as a trustee, or after qualifying. shall for
any reason cease to be a trustee, I direct that THE FIRST NATIONAL

BANK OF TAMPA, Tamna, Florida, shall be the only trustee. ~

~ I understand that under the laws of Florida as they now exist ~

~ my wife may have the right to reject the provisions herein made for hsr

~ and elect to take instead one-half (1~2) of all the property of my estate.

~ However, this Will is planned primarily for her protection, with her full ~

~ l:nowledge and approval and her assurance to me that if I predecease her
~
~ she will accept the provi,;ions hereof, and it is my hope and expectation
~

that she ~vill do so; if, ho~vever, she should nct do so, then it is my will
~
tnat she shall take nothing hereunder and that, as to the remaining half of
~

~ i my estate, all the provisions liereof shall be construed and enforced as if
