The petition of Mary W. Schoen and The First National Bank of '
Tampa for approval of their final accounts as E:cecutors of the estate of
Warren H. Toole, Jr. , deceased, coming on this day to be heard, and it ~
appzaring that due and legal notice of the filin~ of said report and of the
intention to make said application for final discharge has been published
as required by la~v and that the said Mary W. Schoen and The First National
Bank of Tamna as Executors aforesaid, have faithfully administered the
~ estate of said deceased, and that satisfactory evidence has been produced

~ showing the payment of inheritance or estate tases due the State of Florida,
~
; or a certificate of the Comptroller, as Commissioner of Revenue, showino

~ that no tax is due, and is entitled to an order approving their accounts and

` directing distribution, and there being no objections filed, and the Court

~ being fully advised in the premises;

~ It is Ord~red and Adjudged that the final return and accounts of the
