WHEREFORE, petitioners respectfully pray that: ~
(a) The court ~vill enter a decree in this cause that the petitioners }
i
and each of them are qualified to act as testamentary Trustees of Trust (a}
referred to above under the Last Will and Testament of the deceased; ~
(b) That a bond of the Trustees be not required, but if a bond is
required, that the court fix the amount thereof; ~
t
(c) The court assume judicial supervision of the above mentioned
Trust; and ,
(d) The court authorize petitioners, as Trustees, to proceed with
the administration of the Trust under the direction of the decedent's Will. ~
