In the event that my wife and I shall perish in a• common accident ~

or as a result of a cornmon disaster or under such circumstances that it
will be impossible to determine which of us died first, it shall be presuzned
that she survived me; and this presumption shall apply throughout this 1Ni11.

my decease, to my wife, MARY V~, TOOLE, and THE FItZST NATIONAL
BANK OF TAMPA, Tampa, Florida, IN TRUST, for the following uses
and purposes: ~
