NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the
order of THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF TAMPA, ATTENTION: TRUST
DEPARTM~NT, Tampa, Florida, the principal sum of Sixty-two
Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five and No/100 ($62,125.00)
Dollars, payable in eight (8) equal annual installments of
Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-five and 62/100 ($7,765.62) ~
Dollars each, commencing on the lst day of May, 1975, plus
interest from date on the unpaid balance of principal from time
to time at the rate of eight per cent (8$) per annum, payable
annually, on the same dates as principal payments are payable.
Option is hereby given to the undersigned to pay_more or ~
the entire principal sum remaining unpaid at any time subsequent
to January 1, 1975, with interest to the date of payment only.
It is agreed that time is of the essence of this agreement
and that in the event of default in payment of any instal ent
for a period of thirty (30) days, the holder of this note ma , at
its option, declare all the remainder of said debt due and
collectible, and any failure to exercisE* said option shall not
constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same at any
other time.
Should it become necessary to collect this note t2irough an
attorney or by legal proceedings, the undersigned promises to pay
all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee. i
