NOTE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the ;
order of JACK A. GREENBERG, 551 Fifth Avenue, New York, New
York 10017, the principal sum of Thirty-one Thousand Sixty-Two
and 50/100 ($31?,062..50) Dollars, payable in eight (8) equal
annual installments of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-two
and 81/100 ($3,882.81) Dollars each, commencing on the lst day
of May, 1975, plus interest from date on the unpaid balance of
principal from time to time at the rate of eight per cent (8~)
per annum, payable annually, on the same dates as priricipal -
payments are payable. . _ ~
Option is hereby given to the undersigned to pay more or
the entire principal sum remaining unpaid at any time subsequent
to January 1, 1975, with interest to the date of payment only.
It is agreed that time is of the esserice of this ag,Xeement
and that in the event of default in payment of any installment
for a period of thirty (30) days, the holder of this note may, at
its option, declare all the remainder of said debt due and
collectible, and any failure to exercisG said option s,hall not
constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same at any
other time.

Should it become necessary to collect this note through an ?
attorney or by legal proceedings, the undersigned promises to pay ;
all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
The undersigned waives presentment for payment, protest,
notice of protest, and non-payment of this note.
