NOTE
F'OR VALQE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the
order of S. GORDOAI FR~~3lAIi , S S 1 Fif th Avenue , New York , New
York 10017, the principal stuQ of Thirty-one Thousand Sixty-Two
and SO/100 ($31,062.50) Dollars, payable in eight (8) equal '
annual installments of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-two
and gl/100 ($3,882.81) Dollars each, commencing on the lst day
of May, 1975, plus interest fram date on the unpaid balance of
principal fram tiffie to time at the rate of eight per cent (8$)
per aainum, payable annually, on the same dates as principal
payments are payable. .
Option is hereby given to the undersigned to pay more or
the entire principal su~ remaining unpaid at any ti.me subsequent
to January 1, 1975, with interest to the date of payment only.
It is agreed that time is of the essence of this agreeraent
and that in the event of default in payment of any installment
tor a periac~ of thirty (30) days, the holder of this note may, at
its option, declare all the remainder of said debt due and '
collectible, and any failure to exercis~ said option shall not
constitute a Waiver of the right to exercise the same at any
other ti.me.
' Should it become necessary to collect this note through an
attorney or by legal proceedings, the undersiqned promises to pay
all costs of collectio*~, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
The undersiqned waives gresentment for payment, protest,
notice of protest, and non-paymznt of this note.
