9. To further secure unto the mortgagee the
payment of the aforesaid note and the performance by
the mort~agor of all of his pro~nises and covenants
herein made, the ~nortgagor has and docs hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
inco~ne and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising from said propertyt with full porer and right
unto the ~nortgagee to receive and collect the same;
provided~ however, that so long as the n~ortgagor shall
faithfully keep and p~rfor~ each and cvery of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default ir? connection therewith~ the mortgagee shall
allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
