WHEREAS, the Regional Planning Council in Fort Pierce and St.
Lucie County has recommended that the By-Laws of said Council be
amended as hereinafter set forth.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-

; sioners of St.-Lucie Courity in meeting assembled this

~ day of March, 1971,as follows:
; 1. That said Board does hereby approve of the amendment of

~ ~ Article 503 of said By-Laws to read: ~

j KArticle 503. At the first regular meeting in each ~

i fiscal year, which is October 1 to September 30, ~
; the duly appointed Council members shall elect from ~

; ~
i , their membership a Chairman, Vice Chairman and ;

f Secretary. Nominations shall be made from the floor. ~

~ and a majority vote of the total membership shall ~

;f constitute an election. The term of office shall -i

be for one year."
