WITNESSETH:
Said party of the first part SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
Executor af the Estate of EDWARD SNYDER, deceased,
on the 17th day of April , 197 4, by Petition applied to the
Circuit Judge of the Probate Division of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to .
convey certain real estate in said County hereinafter
described, averring it is necessary and expedient to convPy
the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the preyer

in said Petition having appeared to and found by said Judge to be

i reasonable and just and said Petition true and the conveyance
~
~ to the best interest of said estate, said Court rendered the Order
~
~ dated the 22nd day of April , 197 4, directing said party oF
° the first part to transfer and~convey the said real estate in accord-
a ance with the prayer of the Petition and ~ursuant t~ contract of decedent

~ and ordered said party oP the First part to execute the deed to said
