TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said partyr of the second
part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to
ar.d with the said party oF the second part, their heirs and
assi~ns, that in all things preliminary to and in end about this
conveyance the Ordars of said Court and the lews of tender have been
followed and complied with in all respects.
