14. This Mortgage shall secure not o~ly existing indebtedness. but also such futuro advances. whethar such advances are
obligatory or to be made at the option of the Mortgagee. or otherwise, as are made within twenty (20) years irom the date here-
oi, to the same extent as ii such future advances were made on the date of the execution oi this mortgage. but such secured
indebtedness shall not exceed at any time the maximum principal amount of s],(lOQ_A~ . plus interest. and any
disbursements made for the payment of taxes, levies or insurance, on the property covered by the lien of this mortgage. with in-
terest on such disbursements.

The covenants herein contained shall bind. and the benefits and advantages shall inure to, the ~espective heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singu- ~
lar, and the use of any gender shall include all genders.
