ARTICLE I
DEFlNITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS. As used herein, the following terms shall have the
following meanings herein specified, such definitions to be applicable
equally to the singular and plural forms of such terms:
~S~ COMMITMENT: Commitment of the Charter Advisory Company,
advisor to Mortgagee, dated February 12, 1974, as amended
March 1, 1974.
~b~ CONSTRUCTION LENDER: Trustees of Guardian Mortgage Inves-
tors as set forth above;
; (C~ EVENT OF DEFAULT: Each of the happenings and occurrences
~ described in Article 6 of this Mortgage;
_ ( d) F~TUaES : All fixtures now or hereafter located under, on or
~ above the Land which constitute or will constitute fixtures under the law ,
g of the state in which the Land is situated, including, but not limited to
n - fixtures described in Exhibit C attached hereto ~vhich by this reference is
~ made a pazt hereof for all purposes, which term includes any part of the
~ Fixtures;

~ (e) Gv~Nroxs: Miguel Recarey, Jr. , and Olga Recarey,
~ - his wife; Miguel Recarey, Sr., and C. Recarey, his wife.

( f) IrtposiTiorrs : All ( i) real estate and personal property taxes and
other taxes and assessments, public or private; water and sewer rates and
charges; all other governmental or non-governmental chazges; any interest
or costs or penalties with respect to any of the foregoing; and chazges for
any easement or agreement maintained for the benefit of the Mortgaged
_ Property, general and special, ordinary and extraordinary, foreseen and
unforeseen, of any l:ind and nature whatsoever which at any time prior
to or after the execution of the Security Documents may be assessed, :

received therefrom, or any use or occupancy thereof, and (u) other taxes,
