~ The condition of these presents is such that if Aiortgagor shall pay or
~ cause to be paid the Indebtedness as and ~vhen the same shall become due
and pa~able and shall obser~•e, perform and discharge the Obligations, then
the Security Documents and the estates and rights granted by them shall
~ be null and void, othenti-ise to remain in full force and effect.
