4.15 TAX AND Il\SURANCE ESCRO\v. Supplementing the provisions of ~
paragraphs 4.3 and 4.5 hereof, if the Note shall be payable in monthly or {
other periodic payments of ~rincipal and interest and if required by ~
Mortgagee, the Mortgagor shall pay to 1~Iortgagee on the payment date of '
installments of principal and interest together with and in addition to '
such installments of principal and interest, until the Note is fully paid, an Y
installment of the Impositions and insurance preiniums for such insurance
as is required hereunder, next due on the Mortgaged Property in an amount
suf~'icient, as estimated by 14tortgagee, to accumulate the sum required to f
pay such Imposidons and insurance thirty ( 30 ) days prior to the due date
` thereof. Amounts held hereunder shall not be, nor be deemed to be, trust
~ funds, but may be commingled with ihe general funds of Mortgagee, and

~ no interest shall be payable in respect thereof unless required by applica-
a ble la~v. Upon demand of the 14iortgagee the 1~Iortgagor agrees to deliver
= to the Diortgagee such additional money as is necessary to make up any de- -
~ ficiencies in the amounEs necessary to enable the Mortgagee to pay such
~ Impositions and insurance premiums. In case of an Event of Default, the
~ Mortgagee may apply to the reduction of the Indebtedness, in such man-
~ ner as the hiortgagee shall determine, any amount under this Pazagraph ~
4.15 remaining to the Mortgagor's credit.
