such statements and assurances to be recorded and re-recorded, filed and ~
re-filed, at such times and places as may be required or permitted by law ~

to so create, perfect and preserve such liens. ~

10.3 UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE. R4ortgagee shall have all the =
' rights with respect to the Fixtures (and Personal Property, if any) afforded ~
€ to it by the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the state in which €
the Fixtures ( and Personal Property, if any ) aze located, in addidon to, ~
; but not in limitation of, the other rights affocded T4ortgagee by the Security
~ Documents.
