All notices, demands, requests and other communica ~ tions required under the Security Documents and the Note shall be in ~ writing and shall be deemed to have been properly given when deposited k~ in the United States mail and sent by United States first class mail, postage - prepaid, addressed to the party for whom it is intended at its address set forth in the preamble hereof. Any party may designate a change of address ' s - by written notice to the others, given at least ten (10 ) days before such - change of address is to become effective. ! i 11.7 MORTGAGEE'S RIGHT TO PERFORM THE OBLIGATIONS.
