All persons dealing ~vith } Guazdian Mortgage Investors ~nust look solely to the trust property for the ~ enforcement of any claims against Guazdian 117ortgage Investors. ARTICLE 12 CHANGES IN LAW ~ 12. Tnx oN 1~IORTGAGE OR INDEBTEDI~ESS; UsuxY.
